not allow spammers, illegal sites, fraud or marketing in anyway that
could cause complaints or cause harm against Genbucks or our affiliates.
There is a verification process for everyone who joins the program for

A: No, you don’t need to have a website to become the Genbucks Affiliate. We have hundreds of free site designs that are ready to be co-branded with your own Affiliate ID.
Account Info & Payment
Q: Is it necessary to give my personal details when I signup?A: All affiliates would be required to give in their personal contact details, to ensure we are able to serve you better. However be rest assured that we would respecting your privacy & your information will not be passed on to any agencies or organizations, without your consent. For more information please refer to our Terms and Conditions section.
Q: How can I change my personal information or my password?A: To change your personal information, login and click on the MY ACCOUNT button, edit the desired fields and save. The system will automatically update your information.
Q: How and when do I get paid?A: Payments are sent each Friday. And since you can track all your orders there is no shaving, no holdbacks here at Genbucks. Payments are either by wire ($1000 minimum) or Epassporte ($100 minimum), PAYPAL, and many more options are going to added… we will keep you updated.
Q: What is the payout structure?A: You will earn the highest commission rates with Genbucks. Commission for Herbal supplements range from 30 – 50%. Not only that but you will earn 10% of every payment they receive referral commissions from the affiliates who you recruit, and also 1% commissions from affiliates recruited by your affiliates. Also the shipping price is included in your commission. So for instance, Horny Goat weed is 50%. This means if someone places an order for 1 bottle at $39.95 and $19.95 shipping, you will earn $29.95.
Example Given of 3 level payout structure:
You refer 10 affiliates, each of them sells 2 orders a day, and refers 10 people, and you sell 2 a day, and average commission is $80 you will make

- level 2 10 $48 X7 = $336

Q: I wish to receive monthly payment instead of weeklyA: If you do not wish to receive weekly payments, all you need to do is raise your minimum payment and you will only get paid once your minimum is reached.
Q: Why I didn’t get paid?A: There is no shaving and no holdbacks here at Genbucks. There can be several possible reasons why you didn’t get paid: -Your account balance hasn’t reached the minimum payout specified; - Payment date fell on the holiday, therefore Epassporte offices and banks were closed. You will receive your payment on the nearest business day. -You tried to process fraud orders (this doesn’t fall into test orders, which are necessary to check if your co-branded site was configured properly). We don’t pay for carder/fraud affiliates. And you have been automatically marked as one by our verification team.

Q: What is your conversion rate?A: Our average conversion rate is 1:47.
Q: How do you track individual Affiliate Sales? What about Payment Issues?A: Great Question! We understand how important this is to every Affiliate, especially since we have a very high re-order percentage. We use hard coding, php sessions and cookie tracking. If our script can’t find an affiliate ID attached to the URL, it will then search the surfer’s computer for a cookie. We have cookies that just refuse to die within 30 or 60 days, they last a lifetime. Additionally, we allow you to see your live sales stats, so be rest assured you are never a victim of shaving with GB. Our friendly affiliate support team also ensures your payment issues are all attended to promptly.
Q: How is my commission calculated?A: Depending on a product you are promoting we pay up to 50% on every sale you refer. The shipping price is also included in your commission.
Q: How do I view my Referral list?A: To view your Referral list, login and click on the DOWNLINE button. You will see the detailed list of all your referrals.
Q: How can I view my hits?A: Your click-through statistics and earnings summary can be found right in your member’s area when you login. Alternatively, you can click on the DAILY STATS button or on the INDEPTH STATS button to see your detailed stats.
Q: How can I view my orders?A: In order to view the orders, login and click on the button ORDERS.
Q: How can I send traffic? What methods are acceptable?A: You can send traffic pretty much any way you want, the only limit is your imagination and good judgment. It is not acceptable to promote affiliate links by spam, phishing or other illegitimate means links from sites containing illegal content such as warez, child pornography, bestiality sites or anything else that tarnishes our good reputation. Fraud Control
Q: How does Genbucks prevent fraudulent activities?A: At Genbucks, we take extensive measures to detect and check fraudulent activities. We have designed a system which detects and blocks the fraudulent affiliate activities in our program. We don’t hold back real commissions of affiliates, but we don’t pay commissions for fraudulent sales either. Our system ensures this through:
* Verification of contact details of the customers including billing name, email address and delivery address.
* Analysis of traffic details for the affiliate in order to verify that the lead has come from a specific affiliate’s site.
* Verification of affiliate details to ensure that the commission goes to the right affiliate.
* Checking the validity of the credit card to weed out fake sales.
Our Fraud Control System is designed to rate the affiliates based on smooth flow of transactions. A negative remark may result in a bad rating for the affiliate. Genbucks thus recommends that all affiliates should restrain from conducting or promoting any fraudulent activities through our program.
We report the fraudulent activities to the local authorities in order to restrain the people involved in it from doing it again within our program as well as any other programs that they may be associated with. This benefits both the affiliate and Genbucks. With a control over fraudulent sales, we minimize loss of revenue in frauds and have more to share with the genuine affiliates as commission.
